Please respect these guidelines during your visit

Photography

You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, the use of tripods, flash, and professional photography equipment is not permitted to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors.

Bags & Luggage

There are no lockers or cloakroom facilities for luggage or large backpacks. Please travel light. Strollers must be left at the entrance, where baby carriers are provided.

Prohibited Items

For the conservation of the monument, eating and drinking are not allowed inside. Please also refrain from touching the walls, furniture, or decorative elements.

Pets

Pets are permitted to enter, but they must be supervised by their owners at all times and require approval from Casa Batlló staff upon entry.

Can I use a selfie stick?
For the safety of the artworks and other visitors, selfie sticks are not permitted inside Casa Batlló.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as the visit involves standing and walking.
Can I smoke inside?
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including the roof terrace.
Can I re-enter the house after I leave?
No, tickets are for a single entry only. Please ensure you have seen everything you wish to before exiting.
